For first-time customers: As much as we’d love to deliver your item(s) immediately, Valve’s gifting policy requires us to be friends on Steam for at least 30 days before we can gift items in Dota 2. This is a mandatory security rule.
For returning customers: As long as you haven’t removed our Steam account(s) from your friend list, you can receive your next order right away, provided the item(s) are available in our inventory.
If you’re unsure about availability, feel free to check our inventory and message us for confirmation.
