Our website is managed by real human staffs and while we do our best to respond to queries at the soonest time possible, sometimes it takes more than the usual to get back to a query. Therefore, we are putting up this FAQs page to answer the most common questions being asked from us, and help you make informed decisions.

 

How does it work?

It's really simple.

1. Browse through our catalog and decide which set(s) you'd like to have.
   
   
2. Once you've found the set(s) you want. Simply add it to cart. Important: Under the sellers note, please type in your steam friend code/dota 2 id so that we know which steam account to deliver the set(s) to.
   
   Tip: You can find your steam friend code by going to the steam friends tab > Add friend > Your Friend Code
   
   
3. Proceed to checkout and fill in your information. Complete your order and that's it!

 

Will I receive my order(s) right away?

For first time customers: As much as we would like to deliver the item(s) you've ordered right away, we can't. Per Valve's gifting policy, we still need to be friends on Steam for at least 30 days, before we can gift your purchased item(s) in-game in dota 2. This is mandatory for security reasons and there's no other way to go around it but wait.

For returning customers: As long as you didn't remove our steam account(s) from your friendslist, you can receive your next order as soon as possible, given that the item(s) ordered is available in that steam account(s) inventory.

If you're not sure if the item is available or not. Feel free to check our inventory/inventories and send us a message for confirmation.

 

After I've placed my order. How long before I receive a friend request on Steam.

As mentioned above, our website is run by real human staffs and we only have few at the moment. Due to difference in timezones, please allow at least 24 hours for us to process your order and send in request on steam.

 

Are you guys legit?

We've started running this website in July last year 2020 and so far we've already catered hundreds of satisfied customers. Before this website, we've already been selling and trading collector's cache items on steam groups and local trade groups on social media since 2016 so you can be rest assured that we know our craft.

We have built enough reputation over the years and we intend on keeping it for the years to come.

Is your website safe to use? Is my personal information secured?

Our website operates under internet safety rules and standards. It has SSL installed which provide secure, encrypted connections.

Your credit card or bank account information is encrypted and managed only by our payment processor which is Paypal. We don't have direct access to your credit card or bank account information.

You can confirm that our website is SSL protected by clicking the padlock icon next to the address bar.

 

I don't have a Paypal account, can I still buy from your website?

You don't need to have an existing Paypal account to make a purchase on our website.

As long as you have a debit/credit card with enough balance on it, all you have to do is fill in the checkout form with your correct information and it should be good to go.

 

Why is my item not yet delivered when majority of the reviews claims that orders were delivered on time?

We always strive to deliver orders on time but sometimes, there are unforseen circumstances that may cause delay in delivery.

Also for reference, we can only gift 8 items per day following Valve's gifting policy.

I'd like to pay using bitcoin but your bitpay payment option doesn't work.
